PLC PROGRAMMING
Within the industrial automation environment, the equipment utilizes an industrial computer (programmable logic controller) that controls the process. This PLC interrogates the necessary signals from sensors and actuators (inputs and outputs). By using these signals, the equipment can be programmed to have the highest productivity, throughput and efficiency. Through a simple and intuitive HMI (Human Machine Interface), the operator is able to control the entire process.
Each PLC has a specific software program adapted according to customer needs. Premiere Automation has seasoned professionals with extensive experience in PLC programming such as Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, OMRON and others to support the following tasks:
- Provide configuration and startup of hardware and software for the PLC, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and communication networks;
- Program Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC);
- Program Human Machine Interface (HMI), graphic screens and middleware systems;
- Collaborate with in-house service department personnel to troubleshoot electrical or mechanical related issues;
- Provide direct assistance to field personnel to solve electrical or mechanical issues.
